The Visit a post, page or url action is used to give points to customers when they visit a specific page on your website.
Page Creation
The administrator create a page or choose a target publication
Page Visit
The user visits the page or post
Points distribution
After the user was on the page, WooRewards adds points
You can use this action to enroll people in your loyalty program.
Set up the action
To add this customer action, you first need to create a points and rewards system. If you haven’t already, please create one by following this part of the documentation.
Now that you are in the points and rewards system edition, do the following
Follow these steps
Points Group
Click Add
Select Website
Select Visit a post page or url
In the popup, you’ll see a lot of options. Let’s detail them below so that you understand how to use them.
Action to perform
- Action title : Name of the action. This information will be displayed to your customers. You can rename it how you want.
Points settings
- Earned points : The amount of points earned when the user clicks on the image.
Targets
- Post Categories : The post categories that will give points when visiting pages with posts from these categories.
- Pages : The specific pages which will give points.
- Relative or absolute URLs : You can also specify direct URLs
- Hide from search and robots : Hide the specified urls from search engines and robots
