Knowledge Base

If you’re using several currencies on your website, you can configure WooRewards to account for these currencies. WooRewards is compatible with most multi currency plugins. We’ll now see how to set this up within WooRewards.

Enable Multicurrency

The first thing to do is to enable the feature. In order to do that, go to the following page :

WordPress Admin
Admin menu
WooRewards
Menu entry
Settings
Page
Points and Rewards
Tab

Once you’re there, look at the Points Additional Settings group and check the Enable multi currency support option. After checking that option, you can now set multi currency options in your points and rewards system.

Currencies in actions

In your points and rewards systems, customers earn points by performing actions. For all actions based on money, you will now see an extra Currency option. Select the amount of points you want to give depending on each currency.

If you want actions to give points in each available currency, you have to set up the same action multiple times, one for each available currency !

Currencies in rewards

This part is fully automatic. WooRewards’ coupon rewards will automatically be adapted to the active currency. The same thing applies to points used on the cart for discounts.
