The Fixed Discount Coupon reward will generate a WooCommerce coupon that customers can use on their cart to get a fixed amount discount. Since it’s a WooCommerce coupon, it will follow the same rules than other coupons.
Set up the reward
To add this reward, you first need to create a points and rewards system. If you haven’t already, please create one by following this part of the documentation.
Now that you are in the points and rewards system edition, you can add the reward
- If you’re using a leveling points and rewards system, you have to create a level first. After creating a level, you’ll see the button to add the reward.
- If you’re using a standard points and rewards system, make sure the rewards type is set to Rewards.
