The Receive badges action is used to give points to users when they unlock one or more badges on your website.
Creating the Badge
you create the badge(s) and add point value
Obtaining the Badge
The customer receives a badge (or multiple) on your site
Points distribution
WooRewards checks if the customer has the right badge(s) to give points
Set up the action
To add this customer action, you first need to create a points and rewards system. If you haven’t already, please create one by following this part of the documentation.
Now that you are in the points and rewards system edition, do the following
Follow these steps
Points Group
Click Add
Select Miscellaneous
Select User unlocked badges
In the popup, you’ll see a lot of options. Let’s detail them below so that you understand how to use them.
Action to perform
- Action title : Name of the action. This information will be displayed to your customers. You can rename it how you want.
Points settings
- Earned points : The amount of points earned.
Badges
- Badges : The badge(s) the user has to unlock in order to earn the points points.
If you set more than one badge, the user will have to unlock all selected badges to earn the points. If you want to give points for each badge, use this action several times with one badge set in each method.
