WooVirtualWallet provides an interface to manage all your gift cards. You will find this interface by going to the following page :

Search and filters

On the top part of the page, you’ll see 3 different ways to sort the gift cards :

• Show/Hide Columns : Select which columns you want to show or hide in the gift cards list
• Narrow your search : You can search gift cards by code, by sender or by recipient
• Filter the results : You can filter the gift cards by status

Gift Cards List

Right below, you’ll find the gift cards list which displays all the gift cards with the following information :

• Gift Card Code : The unique code for the gift card
• From : The customer who purchased the gift card
• To : The customer who received the gift card. If there’s no user attached to it, it will only show an email address.
• Amount : The gift card’s amount
• Status : The gift card’s status. The statuses are as follow :
  • Draft : The gift card is under creation
  • Published : The gift card is active but hasn’t been sent to the recipient yet
  • Sent : The gift card is active and has been sent to the recipient
  • Complete : The gift card has been used on the website
  • Refunded : The gift card was refunded to the customer who purchased it
  • Cancelled : The gift card was cancelled
  • Expired : The gift card reached its expiration date but wasn’t refunded.
• Creation Date : The gift card’s creation date
• Scheduled Date : The date at which the gift card will be sent to the recipient (can be empty)
• Sent Date : The date at which the gift card was sent to the recipient (can be empty)
• Expiration Date : The date at which the gift card will expire (can be empty)
• Action : The action you can perform on the gift card. Possible actions are :
  • Send : Send the gift card to the recipient
  • Refund : Refund the gift card to the buyer’s wallet
  • Cancel : Cancel the gift card
  • Delete : Delete the gift card
  • Edit : Edit the gift card

Create a gift card

You can manually create a gift card by clicking the Add button.

Set the following information according to your needs :

General Information

• Card Code : The Gift Card code. This is automatically generated.
• Card Status : The current Gift Card Status.
• Sender Email : Set the sender email.
• Recipient Email : Set the recipient email.

Settings

• Card Amount : Set the Card amount.
• Creation Date : This will automatically be set.
• Sent Date : This will be set when the Gift Card will be sent.
• Scheduled Date : (Optional) Set the Gift Card availability date.
• Expiration Date : (Optional) Set the Gift Card expiration date.

Details

• Subject : Set the Gift Card email subject.
• Card Image : Set the Gift Card image.
• Card Message : Set the Gift Card message.
• Signature : Set the Gift Card signature.

Click the Save button to create a gift card.

In addition, you can send the gift card by clicking the 3 dots in the action column. Then, click the Send button.
