In this section, we’ll see all available emails and how to style them. To set up emails, go to the following page :

Email Settings

In this first part, you can set the header picture and footer text that will be available in all emails. There are only 2 options in this section :

  • Header picture : Select an image that will appear on top of emails
  • Footer text : Set the text you want to display on the footer of all emails. You can add links.
The width of most emails is 600 pixels. So, this is the width you should use for your header image.

New Gift Card

This email will be sent to gift cards recipients when a customer buys a gift card on your website. There is a lot of information that you can display on this email according to your gift cards settings. Use the following shortcuts to display dynamic information :

  • [code] : The gift card code
  • [amount] : The gift card amount
  • [title] : The gift card title. This value is also used in the email subject.
  • [message] : The message left for the recipient by the buyer.
  • [signature] : The signature left by the buyer to the recipient
  • [expiration] : The gift card expiration date

There are several options you can set for this email :

  • Subject : The mail’s subject. Choose a title that will draw your customer’s attention.
  • Preheader : This short text (50-100 characters) is very useful. Most email clients will display this text right under the email subject before the recipient opens it. Therefore, it will help you to get your customer’s attention.
  • Enabled : Enable this email or not. You should enable it if you plan on using the gift cards feature
  • Styling Tool : Use the provided styling tool to customize the appearance of the email. You can modify some texts and add your own html code in some areas.

Gift Card Expiration

Inform the recipient that his gift card is about to expire. There is a lot of information that you can display on this email according to your gift cards settings. Use the following shortcuts to display dynamic information :

  • [code] : The gift card code
  • [amount] : The gift card amount
  • [title] : The gift card title. This value is also used in the email subject.
  • [message] : The message left for the recipient by the buyer.
  • [signature] : The signature left by the buyer to the recipient
  • [expiration] : The gift card expiration date

There are several options you can set for this email :

  • Subject : The mail’s subject. Choose a title that will draw your customer’s attention.

  • Days before Gift Card expriation to send the reminder email : The reminder system will send emails to the recipients to warn them about the deadline of their Gift Card. Set an empty or 0 value if you don’t want to send reminder emails. You can set several comma separated values to send several deadline warning mails
  • Styling Tool : Use the provided styling tool to customize the appearance of the email. You can modify some texts and add your own html code in some areas.

Gift Card Recredit

Inform you customer that a gift card he bought has been recredited on his wallet

There are several options you can set for this email :

  • Subject : The mail’s subject. Choose a title that will draw your customer’s attention.
  • Preheader : This short text (50-100 characters) is very useful. Most email clients will display this text right under the email subject before the recipient opens it. Therefore, it will help you to get your customer’s attention.
  • Enabled : Enable this email or not. You should enable it if you plan on using the gift cards feature
  • Styling Tool : Use the provided styling tool to customize the appearance of the email. You can modify some texts and add your own html code in some areas.

New Order Email Messages

Add various messages to WooCommerce new order emails to give customers information about their wallet.

  • Enable Email Message : Check this option if you want to show a message in new order emails
  • Earned $ text : Set a message for customers when they receive $. Use the following shortcode : [wvw_wc_order_earned] to display the $ earned for the order.
  • Earned Gems text : Set a message for customers when they receive Gems. Use the following shortcode [wvw_wc_order_earned] to display the Gems earned for the order.
  • Spent $ text : Set a message for customers when they spend $. Use the following shortcode : [wvw_wc_order_spent] to display the $ earned for the order.
  • Spent Gems text : Set a message for customers when they spend Gems. Use the following shortcode [wvw_wc_order_spent] to display the Gems earned for the order.
  • Balance Text : Set a message for customers to show them their current balance. Use the following shortcode : [wvw_wc_order_balance] to display the $ balance.
  • Gems balance text : Set a message for customers to show them their current gems balance. Use the following shortcode : [wvw_wc_order_balance] to display the gems balance.
