WooRewards is the most feature rich and flexible points and rewards system for WooCommerce.
When combining WooRewards and Virtual Wallet, you will be able to reward customers with wallet credit directly. Here are the new features for WooRewards :
New Reward : Wallet Money
The Wallet money reward will give a fixed amount of wallet credit.
Go to WooRewards → Settings and select a Points and Rewards system to edit.
In the new window, go into the Rewards or Levels and Rewards group.
In the rewards list (or inside a level), click the Add button and select Fixed amount of Virtual Money from the WooVirtualWallet category.
Click the Next button to get access to the options.
Set the following values :
- Title : The reward’s title. It will be displayed to customers on various widgets, emails and WooCommerce pages.
- Description : The reward’s description. It will be displayed to customers on various widgets and emails.
- Featured image : The reward’s image. Customers will see this when they receive a new reward email or inside rewards widgets.
Reward Settings
- Points needed : The points needed in order to unlock that reward. You won’t see that information in leveling points and rewards systems as this value is set directly inside the level.
- Send Reward email : Decide if customers receive an email when they unlock that reward or not. The default value is Yes.
Virtual Money
- Amount : The amount you want to give.
New Reward : Automatic Wallet Money
The Automatic Wallet money reward will use all points to give a various amount of wallet credit.
Go to WooRewards → Settings and select a Points and Rewards system to edit.
In the new window, go into the Rewards or Levels and Rewards group.
In the rewards list (or inside a level), click the Add button and select Automatic Virtual Wallet Money from the WooVirtualWallet category.
Click the Next button to get access to the options.
Set the following values :
- Title : The reward’s title. It will be displayed to customers on various widgets, emails and WooCommerce pages.
- Description : The reward’s description. It will be displayed to customers on various widgets and emails.
- Featured image : The reward’s image. Customers will see this when they receive a new reward email or inside rewards widgets.

The Wallet gems reward will give a fixed number of gems.

In the new window, go into the Rewards or Levels and Rewards group.
In the rewards list (or inside a level), click the Add button and select Fixed amount of Gems from the WooVirtualWallet category.
Click the Next button to get access to the options.
Set the following values :

- Description : The reward’s description. It will be displayed to customers on various widgets and emails.

New Reward : Automatic Wallet Gems
The Automatic Wallet gems reward will use all points to give a various number of wallet gems.
Go to WooRewards → Settings and select a Points and Rewards system to edit.
In the new window, go into the Rewards or Levels and Rewards group.
In the rewards list (or inside a level), click the Add button and select Automatic conversion into Gems from the WooVirtualWallet category.
Click the Next button to get access to the options.
Set the following values :
- Title : The reward’s title. It will be displayed to customers on various widgets, emails and WooCommerce pages.
- Description : The reward’s description. It will be displayed to customers on various widgets and emails.
- Featured image : The reward’s image. Customers will see this when they receive a new reward email or inside rewards widgets.
