In Virtual Wallet, you can perform various operations to manage the plugin’s data. In order to do that, go to the following page :

History Export

In this first group, you can export your customers wallets’ transaction history. Set the following options

  • Starting Date : Exported data starts at this date (included). Leave empty for no limit.
  • Ending Date : Exported data ends at this date (included). Leave empty for no limit.
  • Customer Wallet : Export all customers wallets at once or only one of them.

After finishing your selection, click the Export Wallets button.

As a result, you will download an Excel file with the following columns :

  • Date : The date of the operation
  • Customer ID : The WordPress’s customer ID
  • Login : The customer’s login
  • Email : The customer’s email
  • Operation : The transaction’s amount
  • Total : The customer’s wallet balance after the transaction was complete
  • Reason : The transaction’s description

Wallet Amount Export

You can export your customers wallets balances to a JSON file to import them on another website. Select which wallet you want to export and click the Export button to proceed.

Tera Wallet Export

If you were previously using the Tera Wallet plugin, you can export the previous wallets thanks to this feature and import them directly into Virtual Wallet

Import Wallet Amounts

Once you have a JSON file, you can import the points into your website. First, set the following options :

  • Import Mode : Select which type of import you want to do. You can either replace customers previous balances or add the new amounts to the previous ones.
  • Select a Wallet : Choose on which wallet you want to import the amounts
  • File : Select the JSON file to import

Click on the Import button to finish the procedure.
