Advanced WooCommerce Training

Description

In this advanced training course, we will begin to build your online store. Instead of learning generic rules about WordPress and WooCommerce, the 2 training sessions will focus on your particular business and how to build the best website possible for it.

The first training session consists of 3 hours that will focus on :

• Install WordPress and learn how it works.
• Create pages, posts and menus
• Install WooCommerce and learn how it works.
• Set up your WooCommerce installation and create your first products
• Find a theme, install it and learn how to design your pages
• Find the essential plugins you will need for your activity
• Set a list of nice to have plugins to help you grow
• Give you a list of tasks to perform before the second training

As you can see, the first session is there to give you the starting material as well as a list of tasks to perform in order to create the base of your website. Therefore, the second session only takes place at least a week after the first one. In this second training, we’ll do the following :

• Analyze your website structure and see what’s missing.
• Add the missing information and pages to create a functional store
• Test the store
• See how to work on your SEO and website performance
• Add security and management tools to give you an accurate information about the website
• Give you hints on how to improve your website over time
