The customer’s streak

The streak counts the successive boxes a customer opened on their own day. It is shown as a number and a row of dots. Successive means the boxes of the calendar one after the other: if you skip some dates, the streak is not broken by a day without a box.

Choose where Show the streak puts it:

• Hidden
• In the reward window, after each opening
• Always, above the calendar

Statistics

The statistics of your calendar:

• Unique customers: customers who opened at least one box.
• Openings: boxes opened, all customers together.
• Average openings per customer.
• Average streak, Longest streak and Shortest streak: each customer counts with their best streak.

Reset the statistics

Resetting deletes every opening, so statistics start again from zero. It also has effects on your customers:

• coupons they already won are refused at checkout, since they no longer opened the box;
• the box of the day can be opened again;
• the bonuses of the boxes (points, wallet credit, memberships) are given again when the boxes are opened again.

To reset, tick I understand: delete every opening. and click Reset statistics. Reset after your own tests, before the calendar starts.
