Pro version. On top of its reward, a box can give bonuses through the Play Together plugins of Long Watch Studio: WooRewards points, Virtual Wallet credit and VIP memberships.
What you need
- Loyalty points: WooRewards, with at least one points system.
- Wallet credit: Virtual Wallet, with its license active.
- Membership: VIP Memberships Pro, with at least one lounge.
- To keep a bonus for members of some lounges: VIP Memberships.
Add bonuses to a box
Choose a Box, click Edit this box, then Add a bonus and choose its type:
- Loyalty points: choose the Points system and the number of Points.
- Wallet credit: the Amount, in your shop currency.
- Membership: the Membership lounge and its number of Days. 0 means without end.
Under Only for members of, tick lounges to keep the bonus for their members. With none ticked, the bonus goes to everyone. A bonus limited to some memberships goes only to customers who held one when they opened the box. For example, give 50 points to everyone and 50 more to Gold members on the same box.
Add as many bonuses as you need: they are given in their order. Click Save the bonuses.
When a customer opens the box
- Each bonus is given once per customer and per box.
- The reward window lists what the box gave, and lists it again when the customer opens the box later.
- A customer who already holds the lounge of a membership bonus keeps it as it is.
When a plugin is no longer available
If the plugin, the points system or the lounge of a bonus is no longer available, the bonus stays in the settings, marked This bonus is skipped, and is skipped at opening. The box still opens and gives its reward.
Resetting the statistics also forgets the bonuses given, so they are given again when the boxes are opened again.
