In this documentation, we’ll see how to set up the reward you’ll give to your referrers every time they successfully refer a customer.

Referral Reward

Use these options to reward referrers. First, go to the following page :

When a customer enters the referrer’s code or follows their backlink, the referrer can be rewarded based on the next customer’s order.

There are several options you can set here :

• Enable : Choose if you want to give a reward to referrers or not.
• Reward Type : Select the type of reward you want to give to referrers. Here are the possibilities :
  • Coupon : This is the default option. Referrers will get a coupon they can use on the website for immediate discount.
  • Credit : Use this option if you want your referrers to be able to retrieve what they earn to your bank account, either by using Paypal, Stripe or Wire Transfer. Please look at this documentation for more information about this.
  • Wallet Money : If you use the Virtual Wallet plugin, you can reward referrers with money on their wallet.
• Behavior : Choose how to calculate the reward amount
  • Fix amount : Referrers will receive a fixed amount for each successful referral
  • Percent of cart subtotal : The referrer’s rewards will depend on the amount referees spend on their orders.
  • Percent of cart total : The referrer’s rewards will depend on the amount referees spend on their orders.
• Value : The reward’s value
• Referee min. spent amount : Referees have to spend more than this amount on their order for the referrer to get his reward.
• Minimal unlockable amount : Referrers can’t get their reward until they earn that amount in referrals.
• Order statuses to grant rewards : Redeem action always follows a customer order that adds an amount to the referral.
• Order statuses to cancel rewards : Select for which order statuses the previously earned rewards are removed.
