LWSDOCUMENTATION

WooRewards

Welcome to the Long Watch Studio Document Centre dedicated to WooRewards. This plugin offers a powerful Loyalty and Rewards solution for WooCommerce.

This documentation is divided in several sections :

  1. WooRewards Standard
  2. WooRewards Pro

WOOREWARDS STANDARD

WooRewards is a plugin enabling you to build client loyalty. With the standard plugin, they can accumulate points that are automatically converted into coupons. These are notified to clients by email.

With WooRewards Pro, you get access to many other functionalities. With two different programs (purchase inducement and loyalty), you have the ability to rewards your customers in various ways.

Here we will go over the various features of this plugin. You can access the WooRewards admin panel through the WooCommerce->WooRewards menu in your WordPress administration. The first section of this documentation will be dedicated to the Standard version of WooRewards. To view the Pro version documentation, click here.

General Settings

Reward Points

In this section, you can define the number of points that customers get when they purchase on your website. You have two ways to attribute points to your customers :

  • When they spend money
  • When they order

You can choose to use one, the other or both ways.

The fact that you can specify both the amount and the number of points received helps you manage how customers are rewarded. Thus, you can retribute customers for every penny or choose to retribute them only for larger amounts.

If you wish to give points when a customer passes an order, points will be awarded no matter what the amount of the order is. You can also decide to attribute extra points on a customer's first order as a welcome gift.

COUPONS

This is the section in which you define the rules for generating coupons. To do so, WooRewards requires only 2 values:

  • Points required to generate a coupon: specify here the number of points required to generate a coupon.
  • Coupon value (€): specify here the value of the coupon that will be generated.

There is a third (optional) area to determine the validity period of a coupon:

  • Validity period (days): specify the number of days for which the coupon will be valid. If this area is left empty, the coupon will remain valid indefinitely (not recommended).

Points Management

This list presents all your customers. For each one, you can see its points and coupons. Here are the different actions you can perform on this list:
