Gems products are a new kind of WooCommerce products that can only be purchased using gems.

Create a simple gems product

Simple gems products are the equivalent of simple products in woocommerce, with the difference that they can only be purchased with your currency.

Go to Products → Add New to create a new product in WooCommerce. Enter a name and a description for your product. Then, in the product data section, select Simple Gems Product :

As you can see, the only difference between a regular product and a gems product is the price currency. Set all the values you want, including the price in gems and save your product. Take a look at your product page :

As you can see, the price of the products is now displayed using your currency. Only customers with enough credit on their wallet will be able to add the product to the cart.

Create a variable gems product

Simple gems products are the equivalent of variable products in woocommerce, with the difference that they can only be purchased with your currency.

Go to Products → Add New to create a new product in WooCommerce. Enter a name and a description for your product. Then, in the product data section, select Variable Gems Product. Like for a variable product, begin by creating your attributes, and, when you’re done, go to the variations section :

As you can see, the only difference between a regular product and a gems product is the price currency. Set all the values you want, including the price in gems for each variation and save your product. Take a look at your product page :

As you can see, the prices of the product variations are now displayed using your currency. Only customers with enough credit on their wallet will be able to add the product to the cart.
