Roles Management

This documentation is for the WooVIP plugin

WooVIP offers a complete WordPress roles management tool. This tool isn’t necessary for WooVIP to work but allows you to handle roles and permissions more accurately.

In order to edit and manage roles, go to WooVIP → Settings → Roles Management.

You will see a list of all existing user roles of your website. In addition, you will see which roles are attached to a Membership.

For each role, you can edit its capabilities. In the Action column, click on the 3 dots icon and select quick edit.

In the popup, you can change the role name and edit all the capabilities. When you’re done, simply click on Save.

If nobody uses a specific role, you’ll have the possibility to delete it.
