Rewards

There are different ways to display possible rewards in WooRewards. The 2 main differences are how you display rewards for standards system or levelling systems

Standard System – Options and Styling

To access the widget options, go to WooRewards → Settings → Widgets → Loyalty Systems.

This widget has one option :

  • Use grid display instead of table display : Until WooRewards 3.4, standard rewards were displayed using html tables. In this display, rewards are displayed on top of each other. Since version 3.4, the widget uses a grid display, much more flexible that will display horizontally if it has enough space or vertically otherwise. Checking the box ensures that you use the grid display, the responsive option.

To style the widget, select an element in the list and modify it to your will. For more information about the styling too, please refer to this part of the documentation.

Levelling System – Options and Styling

To access the widget options, go to WooRewards → Settings → Widgets → Loyalty Systems.

To style the widget, select an element in the list and modify it to your will. For more information about the styling too, please refer to this part of the documentation.

Widget

You will find the widget inside Appearance → Widgets → WooRewards Reward list.

There are a few options that you need to set :

  • Title : Title of the widget. Default wordpress widget title.
  • Loyalty System : The loyalty system for which you want to display the points.
  • Filter rewards : Select the rewards you want to show to customers :
    • All : All rewards of the selected loyalty system
    • Buyable only : Only for logged users – Show rewards they can unlock with their points
    • Exclude buyable : Only for logged users – Show rewards for which users don’t have enough points.
    • All Rewards, including shared systems : This will display all rewards from all systems sharing the same points as the selected one.

Shortcodes

If you don’t want to use a widget, you can use the [[wr_show_rewards]] shortcode.

This shortcode can be completed with some options :

[wr_show_rewards pool=”<poolname>” title=”<my Own Title>” granted=”all|only|excluded|shared”]
  • pool : The loyalty system pool you want to display. You can find this value in WooRewards → Loyalty Systems. It’s in the last column of the loyalty systems list.
  • title : The text displayed before the rewards.
  • granted : use this option to select what rewards you want to display :
    • all : All rewards of the selected loyalty system
    • only : Only for logged users – Show rewards they can unlock with their points
    • excluded : Only for logged users – Show rewards for which users don’t have enough points
    • shared : This will display all rewards from all systems sharing the same points as the selected one.
