New order email

On activating the New Order Email, the desired message will be added to emails provided to the customer when they place a new order.

1 – Settings

 

Instructions

Go to WooRewards → Appearance → WooCommerce → New Order Email Message

Set the following options according to your needs :

  • Enable Email Message : Check this option if you want to show a message in new order emails.
  • Points and rewards systems : Select the points and rewards system that will be included. Keep it empty to apply all available systems. If multiple points and rewards systems gave points with the order, the text will be repeated for each system.
  • Email text : Set the message you want to add to the email, using the available options.

 

2 – Available Email Text Options

 

Instructions

Go to WooRewards → Appearance → WooCommerce → New Order Email Message

Let’s see the different options for detailed text :

  • [wr_wc_order_points] : will be replaced by “[X] [points] in [system]” for the current points and rewards system.
  • [order_points] : will be replaced by the current points and rewards system points amount.
  • [points_name] : will be replaced by the current points and rewards points name.
  • [system_name] : will be replaced by the current points and rewards system title.

 

Information

The Email text will be repeated for each points and rewards system that gave points.
